Document Management Solutions in One Place, Including Deka Office

On May 7, 2025, the first seminar of its kind in Lithuania took place in Vilnius, focused on an overview of the document management system (DMS) market. At the event, participants had the opportunity to explore different DMS solutions in one place, compare them and ask questions directly to their developers. NEVDA was also part of this event and presented its updated DMS solution, Deka Office.

The seminar was organized by Informacinės konsultacijos, which created a professional platform for dialogue between system providers and organizations seeking the most suitable digitalization solution.

Deka Office Document Management Adapts to Your Organization

Our Sales Project Manager, Lukas Montrimas, presented how the NEVDA document management solution supports today’s needs. Deka Office is the evolution of the KONTORA system, developed over more than a decade and actively used by more than 228,000 users across Lithuania.

Key system highlights from the presentation:

  • Intuitive UX and UI design optimized for browser use
  • Complete document process cycle from registration and review to signing and archiving
  • Integrated qualified electronic signature that supports Smart-ID, Mobile‑ID, LT‑ID, ZealiD and more
  • Biometric signature that enables secure signing on a tablet
  • External signing that allows third parties to sign documents securely without logging into the system
  • Automated process templates and conditional sequences for efficient document flow management
  • Self-service and internal employee dashboard for digitalizing internal processes without coding
  • Smart service delivery from form creation to registration, identity verification, payment and tracking
  • Integrations with key business systems such as accounting platforms, registries and Microsoft Office

What We Took Away from the Event

Discussions with participants and their questions revealed several clear trends. Today, organizations are looking not only for functionality but also for:

  • An intuitive work environment that makes daily tasks easier
  • Genuine automation that eliminates unnecessary actions and reduces the risk of errors
  • Flexibility and integrations that allow seamless deployment within existing infrastructure

Our conclusion is simple. A modern document management system must do more than manage documents. It must also support efficiency, experience and ease of use.

We are glad to have participated in this meaningful event and to contribute to the digitalization dialogue in Lithuania. Events like this allow us not only to showcase our solutions but also to better understand market needs, which is essential for continuous product improvement.
