February 1993
The beginning of NEVDA operations and the start of cooperation with the Ministry of Social Security of the Republic of Lithuania to computerize the country’s social support services.
March 1995
As part of the PHARE program, a social benefits accounting system named RŪPYBA was developed and successfully implemented across all Lithuanian municipalities.
January 2000
The PARAMA information system for social benefit accounting was created and began deployment in municipalities throughout Lithuania.
December 2004
Development of a centralized Social Support Information System was launched using SYBASE technologies.
January 2008
A centralized financial management and accounting information system, BiudžetasVS, was developed in compliance with public sector accounting and financial reporting standards (VSAFAS).
March 2010
NEVDA adopts Microsoft .NET as its core technology platform and becomes a permanent Microsoft Gold Partner.
August 2012
NEVDA scales its internally developed education platform TAMO and establishes a new company, UAB Tavo mokykla.
October 2013
The company acquires the KONTORA document management system, which is now one of the most widely used document and process management systems in Lithuania.
April 2014
IT services begin to be delivered in accordance with the implemented ISO 20000 standard.
October 2018
NEVDA content and process management, as well as educational solutions developed in Lithuania, begin deployment in Ukraine.
November 2019
The educational platform brand MANO MOKYKLA (Moia Shkola) is registered in Ukraine. Today, this solution is used by more than 1,400 educational institutions across the country.
January 2020
The qualified electronic document signing and verification service ELPAKO was introduced.
April 2020
ISO 27000 information security management standard implemented.
March 2022
Sustainability ensured by implementing the ISO 14001 environmental management system standard.
July 2022
Qualified service provider status acquired, and NEVDA becomes the second such provider in Lithuania to be included in the European Union’s eIDAS Trusted Service List.
February 2023
NEVDA celebrates its 30th anniversary.
October 2023
The electronic services and self-service constructor ZebraDoc is launched.
June 2024
The ELPAKO biometric signature service is launched.
